Fa PADI Consulting is a professional tax consulting firm established in October 2024 as an evolution of KKP Rahayu Antari, which has supported clients since 2012. Our head office is located at Jalan Gemitir No.121, Kesiman, East Denpasar, Bali with a branch at Jalan Pura Masuka No.26, Jimbaran, South Kuta.

As a group of certified tax consultants in taxation and accounting, we place client trust as the highest priority. Every service we deliver is designed to create sustainable value, both financially and beyond.

Company History

The Tax Consulting Office Fa PADI Consulting began at Jalan Gumitir No.56 B, Banjar Biaung, Kesiman Kertalangu Village, East Denpasar District.

2012

Passed USKP Brevet A

In 2012, the principal took the USKP (Tax Consultant Certification Exam) organized by IKPI (Indonesian Tax Consultant Association) and passed, obtaining Brevet A certification issued by the Directorate General of Taxes on behalf of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia with Number SI-2615/PJ/2013 dated September 6, 2013, and was also registered as a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI). This Certification A license was named KKP Rahayu Antari as an individual tax consultant license functioning to provide consultation only to Individual Taxpayers.

2013

Passed USKP Brevet B

In the same year, 2013, the principal immediately took the advanced exam, USKP level B, and passed, obtaining Brevet B Certification. This Brevet B Certification still held the tax consultant license under the name KKP Rahayu Antari. This Brevet B Certificate functions to provide consultation to local Corporate Taxpayers. This B Certification was issued by the Directorate General of Taxes on behalf of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia with Number SI-3328/PJ/2014 dated November 29, 2014, and was also registered as a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI) with Member Decree: No PP.2484/IKPI-B.0361/II/2016.

2015

Tax Consultant License Renewal

In 2015, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia issued regulations regarding Tax Consultants, PMK No. 111 of 2015, stating that every Tax Consultant must change their license in accordance with the PMK regulations. Based on this, the principal renewed the license with Number KEP-683/PJ.B/PJ/2015.

2017

Passed USKP Brevet C

In 2017, the Principal took the USKP (Tax Consultant Certification Exam) Brevet C and passed with number KEP-5432/IP,C/PJ/2019. This Brevet C Certificate functions to provide consultation for foreign companies (PMA) located in Indonesia. In the same year 2017, the individual tax consultant license KKP Rahayu Antari was still used to conduct various types of consultations with clients.

2024

Establishment of Fa PADI Consulting

KKP Rahayu Antari then developed. With the growing development of Companies in Bali, the demand for tax and accounting consulting services also increased. Based on this, the principal continued to make improvements and team additions so that in October 2024, the principal joined with several tax consultants to establish a legal entity more professionally and together in terms of conducting tax consultation under the name Fa PADI Consulting. Fa PADI Consulting is a business entity (Firma) which is a collection of several tax consultants who have professional certification licenses in taxation and accounting. Fa PADI Consulting is located at Jalan Gemitir No.121, Kesiman, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali and has a branch at Jalan Pura Masuka No. 26, Jimbaran, South Kuta.

Scope of Work

A summary of each division's focus and responsibilities.

  • Calculate potential tax payable - Calculate and recap the client's potential tax payable each month based on transaction data provided by the client. This potential tax payable calculation will be used in reporting the client's Periodic Tax Return.
  • Input and report Periodic and Annual Tax Returns - Input and report Periodic Tax Returns for Income Tax Article 21, Unified Income Tax, VAT through coretax and input and report Annual Tax Returns for Individual and Corporate Taxpayers through DJP Online on time.
  • Create e-billing - Create e-billing required in the tax payment process by Individual and Corporate Taxpayers through DJP Online or Coretax.
  • Assist Taxpayer Administration Process - Assist in the administration process for individual and corporate taxpayers, such as applying for NPWP registration, EFIN activation requests, data changes to the Tax Office, and so on.
  • Accompany Taxpayers in Audits (Tax Audit and Assistance) - Accompany clients in facing tax audits. During the audit process, it is mandatory to answer all questions from tax auditors. Assist clients in matching corrections made by tax auditors to ensure compliance with data and applicable tax regulations with fair audit calculation results.
  • Tax Planning - Create a tax plan that produces fair and efficient tax payment values by providing alternatives in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Document Archive - Store data from tax document receipts of clients, such as BPE, Periodic and Annual Tax Returns, e-bupot, and so on.
  • Input Client Data Using Accounting System - Manage and input bank and cash data each month provided by the client into the accounting system chosen by the client. There are three accounting systems used: MYOB, Jurnal Id, and Xero.
  • Financial Statement Elements - Copy or export financial statements, namely profit and loss, balance sheet, general ledger per month and per year into excel, then check again for data completeness, which will later be used for annual corporate reporting.
  • Input Assets - Input assets into e-spt which will later be used for annual corporate reporting.
  • Calculate Income Tax Article 29 Payable - Create a fiscal correction table which will later be used to calculate income tax article 29 payable, then it is checked and the report is brought to the tax team to prepare the annual corporate tax return report and will be submitted to the client.
  • Tax Payment - Pay monthly and annual taxes online through internet banking.
  • General Management - Manage daily operational activities of the company to run effectively and efficiently. Prepare and implement management policies according to leadership directives. Coordinate across divisions to ensure synergy between departments. Prepare activity reports and work results for top management.
  • General Administration - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (internal and external correspondence). Handle storage and archiving of documents (physical and digital). Arrange office logistics needs (stationery, work equipment, operational vehicles, etc.).
  • Human Resource Management (HR Administration) - Manage employee data and administration (attendance, leave, employment contracts, payroll support). Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Manage personnel files and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Arrange training activities, performance evaluations, and employee welfare.
  • Basic Finance and Bookkeeping (Administrative Finance Support) - Manage basic financial administration: petty cash, reimbursements, and payment requests. Create routine operational expense reports. Coordinate with accounting or finance division for internal recording.
  • Planning and Performance Evaluation - Assist in preparing annual work plans and operational budgets. Monitor, evaluate, and report on achievement of division or work unit targets. Provide improvement recommendations for management efficiency enhancement.
